Every garment is made to order specifically for you. Once payment is confirmed, your order goes into our studio production queue and is processed **within 48 hours**.
Charges & Handling
We provide **free shipping** on all orders across India. Since COD is not supported, payments are processed securely through prepaid methods at checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Once dispatched, standard delivery across India takes approximately **8-10 business days** depending on your location. However, in some cases or depending on remote regional locations, courier transits may take **up to 15 to 30 days**. Delivery updates and tracking codes are sent instantly via SMS and email.
Real-time Updates
As soon as your shipment is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to make changes, write to us immediately. Address changes cannot be processed once the package has been dispatched.
