All NYSH garments feature an Unisex Oversized Streetwear Fit. We strongly recommend ordering ONE SIZE DOWN from your regular standard t-shirt size for a fitted look. In case of size exchange requests, the customer must bear all return and forward shipping charges. NYSH does not sponsor return logistics for sizing decisions.
Incorrect or Damaged Only
Returns or replacements are strictly eligible only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered. Inspect your package immediately and notify us with clear unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate
Write to us with your order number, invoice details, and clear unboxing photographs/videos. Sizing return couriers must be arranged independently by the buyer.
